Add your first peptide.
Add a compound from the library or as a custom entry, set units and schedule, and enter the vial details that make every later number correct.
Before you can log anything, PepCue needs to know what you are tracking. Adding a compound takes about a minute and is the setup step that matters most, because every later number, from syringe units to cost per dose, is derived from what you enter here.
Adding from the built-in library.
- 01Open the protocols screen and choose to add a compound.
- 02Search the built-in library. It covers research peptides, GLP-1 medications, and TRT, so most compounds are already listed under their standard name and unit.
- 03Pick the unit you think in: micrograms, milligrams, international units, or millilitres. The app converts between them, but the unit you choose is the one it will show you.
- 04Enter the amount you and your provider have settled on. The app never suggests a number and never prefills one.
- 05Set the schedule: which days, what time, and whether it repeats weekly or on a fixed interval.
If the compound is not in the library.
Add it as a custom entry. You give it a name and a unit, and from then on it behaves exactly like a library compound. Custom entries are useful for blends, compounded preparations, and anything niche enough that a stock listing would amount to guesswork.
Reconstituted vials.
If the compound arrives as a lyophilised powder, enter the vial strength and the volume of bacteriostatic water you added. From those two numbers the app knows the concentration and can turn any amount you log into syringe units, which is the number you actually need at the counter. Getting this right once removes the arithmetic from every dose afterwards.
What the app will not do.
PepCue has no default dose, no suggested starting amount, and no built-in protocol you can accept with a tap. Every amount in the app is one you typed in, and the calculators convert those numbers rather than choosing them. What to take, whether to take it at all, and how to change it are conversations for you and a licensed provider.
FAQ.
Does PepCue suggest a dose?
No. PepCue contains no dose recommendations and no prefilled amounts. Every figure in the app is one you entered, and the calculators only convert those figures into other units.
If not, email kam@pepcue.app. For the shorter answers to the questions people ask most, see the FAQ.
