What PepCue is.
A free tracking app for peptides and GLP-1 medications, plus an evidence-first reference site. Here is how the two halves fit together.
PepCue is two things that share a name. The first is a free app for iPhone and Android that keeps a record of a peptide or GLP-1 protocol: what you took, when you took it, where you injected, what is left in the vial, and what it is costing you. The second is this website, an evidence-first reference covering 68 compounds, each graded on the strength of the published human research behind it.
The app exists because the practical side of this is genuinely fiddly. Reconstitution is arithmetic done on a kitchen counter, schedules drift, vials run out at inconvenient moments, and six weeks later nobody can remember which site they used last Tuesday. A notes app works until it does not.
What the app does.
- Logs doses against a schedule you set, with reminders
- Rotates injection sites and shows you where you have already been
- Runs reconstitution and blend math, so you get syringe units instead of guesses
- Tracks vials, expiry dates, and remaining supply
- Tracks cost per dose, per week, and per month
- Charts weight, measurements, and adherence over time
- Carries an evidence library, so the research sits next to the log
What the website does.
The site is the research half. Every compound profile is graded S through F on published human evidence using a scoring model written out in full on the methodology page, and each profile carries citations checked against the live NCBI record. Alongside the profiles there are free calculators that need no account, plus long-form guides, a glossary, mechanism explainers, comparisons, and a blog.
What PepCue is not.
It is not a pharmacy, a vendor, or a prescriber. There are no affiliate codes, no supplier rankings, and no dosing recommendations anywhere in the app or on the site. PepCue will not tell you what to take or how much. It records what you and a licensed provider have decided, does arithmetic on numbers you enter, and shows you what the literature actually says. Where the evidence is thin, the profile says so plainly rather than filling the gap with a mechanism story.
FAQ.
Is PepCue free?
Yes. The app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play, and the calculators and compound profiles on this website are free to use with no account.
Do I need an account to start tracking?
No. You can begin logging doses without creating an account. Tracking data is stored on your device rather than on our servers.
If not, email kam@pepcue.app. For the shorter answers to the questions people ask most, see the FAQ.
