Delete your account & data
PepCue is a product of Pep Labs Inc. You can delete your account and its associated personal information at any time. Here's how.
The fastest way: delete in the app
Open PepCue and go to Settings → Data → Delete account & data, then confirm. Your account is removed and your on-device data is erased immediately.
Delete by request
Prefer not to use the app? Email support@pepcue.app from the email address on your account with the subject line “Delete my account.” We verify the request and process it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and sign-in email (Apple or Google) on our servers — permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
- Your peptide protocols, dose logs, progress photos, and weight data live only on your device — they are removed instantly when you delete them in-app or uninstall PepCue.
What may be retained
Minimal records — such as transaction or security logs — may be kept for a limited period where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes, then permanently deleted.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription
If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through your Apple or Google account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it either.
