Ozempic is a multi-dose dial pen. The dial 'clicks' as you turn it, and each labeled dose is reached at a fixed number of clicks. Because the pen holds several doses, people sometimes count clicks to understand fractional dialing. Always dial to the labeled dose window shown on the pen, per the instructions for use. Click-splitting is off-label and not endorsed here.

FAQ.

Why isn't there a fixed click chart?

There's no official public per-click table, and inventing one would be unsafe. For dial pens the tool derives mg per click from your own pen's total mg and total clicks instead.

Why do Wegovy and Mounjaro have no clicks?

They use single-dose, fixed-dose pens: one pen, one labeled dose, one push. There's no dial to click. Only multi-dose dial pens like Ozempic have clicks.
