Privacy and where your data is stored.

The short version: your tracking data lives on your phone. Protocols, dose logs, inventory, weights, check-ins, and calculator results are held in an on-device database and are not uploaded to our servers. You can start tracking without an account at all.

What stays on the device.

What does leave the device.

If you sign in, your account record and sign-in identifier are held on our authentication provider so that the account exists. Photos are stored in private per-user storage only if you use a feature that saves them. If you use the in-app assistant, the text of your message is processed by a model provider to generate the reply. Subscription status, where applicable, is handled by the app stores and their billing provider.

Analytics.

The app collects product analytics and crash diagnostics: screen views, feature usage, performance, and errors. We do not intentionally send health entries, dose logs, symptoms, or body measurements into analytics. The purpose is to find out which screens are broken and which flows people abandon, not to build a profile of what you are taking.

The website.

The calculators on this site run in your browser and require no account. The numbers you type into a calculator are not stored by us or attached to an identity. The site uses essential cookies and basic analytics, and does not use website cookies for cross-site behavioural advertising.
