Deleting your account and data.

You can delete your account and its associated personal information at any time, and the fastest route is inside the app rather than through us.

Delete in the app.

1. 01Open PepCue.
2. 02Go to Settings, then Data, then Delete account and data.
3. 03Confirm. The account is removed and your on-device data is erased immediately.

Delete by request.

If you would rather not use the app, email kam@pepcue.app from the address on your account with the subject line Delete my account. We verify the request and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted.

• •Your account record and sign-in email on our servers, permanently deleted within 30 days of the request
• •Your protocols, dose logs, progress photos, and weight data, which live only on your device and are removed the moment you delete them in-app or uninstall the app

What may be retained.

Minimal records such as transaction or security logs may be kept for a limited period where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes, and are then permanently deleted. Backups may persist briefly before being overwritten in the normal cycle.

Deleting does not cancel a subscription.

This is the one that catches people. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting your PepCue account does not cancel it, and neither does uninstalling the app, because billing is handled by the store rather than by us.

Export first if you might want the record.

Deletion is not reversible and there is no copy for us to restore, since your tracking data was never on our servers. If there is any chance you will want the history later, take an export before you delete.
