The claim

Adding GHK-Cu to the healing pair is said to extend the benefit to skin quality, collagen and appearance, producing systemic repair and a cosmetic effect at the same time.

What the evidence actually shows.

Everything true of the Wolverine stack applies here, since GLOW contains it. The healing pair has no controlled human evidence and the combination has never been tested. Adding a third compound to an untested combination does not resolve that; it adds another variable.

The copper peptide addition raises a distinct issue that deserves attention on its own. GHK-Cu has its best evidence as a topical cosmetic ingredient, applied to skin, where it has been studied in that form for years. The GLOW blend delivers it by injection instead. Evidence generated for a topical route does not transfer to a systemic one, because the exposure, distribution and target tissue are all different.

There is also a formulation problem specific to copper peptides. The copper-peptide coordination complex is pH sensitive and less stable in solution than the other components, particularly at neutral pH, and it is light sensitive. A blend that is chemically comfortable for two of its components is not automatically comfortable for the third, and a degraded copper complex is not the compound the label claims.

The honest framing is that GLOW combines a healing pair with no human efficacy evidence with a cosmetic ingredient being used by a route its evidence does not cover. Each part of that sentence is a separate gap, and the blend inherits all of them at once.

The honest verdict

An untested combination of two untested compounds, plus a third whose evidence is topical and whose stability in a blend is the least favourable of the three. The cosmetic claim in particular does not follow from the cosmetic research.

Does GHK-Cu work for skin?

As a topical cosmetic ingredient it has the most evidence of anything in the blend, though much of that data is manufacturer-generated. That evidence is for topical application, not for injection.

Can these three be mixed in one vial?

Chemically they have different stability requirements, and the copper peptide is the most sensitive to pH and light. Mixing changes concentration for all components, which is what the blend calculator exists to compute.
